Great Ponton Church of England School is a small, friendly primary school in a beautiful rural setting, with just 56 pupils. We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will support pupils with SEND, delivering targeted interventions, one-to-one and small group support, implementing Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs), and working closely with class teachers and our SENCo. You’ll also play a vital role in monitoring progress, adapting resources, supporting behaviour, liaising with parents, and maintaining accurate records.
